• The library is a common platform that brings together various stake holders like NGOs, publishers, university libraries, public libraries, govt. agencies and more.
• Ingest DAISY books as well as publishers' files e.g. EPUB 2, EPUB 3, XHTML, PDF etc.
• Provide books in various accessible formats to print disabled users e.g. DAISY, accessible EPUB 3, Braille etc.

Therefore, we now have the base for starting the massive mission of involving 1 million print disabled users in next 4 years.
