Abstract
We developed a communication aid, "Den-no-shin" that works on a PC with Windows 95. This system was improved on the present version runs on Windows 3.1 from evaluations in hospital. Our development aims were a) working on general purpose computer, b) small extra charge, c) easy acceptable. New functions are a) equipment control, b) signaling and c) text generator. We are planing to develop nurse call, wireless signaling, PC communications, and environmental control as optional functions.
