Abstract
The aim of this project is 1) building an ECS for upper extremity disabled people and 2) improvement of technical environment that helps to choose technical aids. The developed system consists of multi-input switch and controller PC and electrical appliances. It is connected to LAN, so it can be used in some rooms. We had severe upper extremity disabled people try the system about control of electrical appliances, letter writing and so on at their homes.
