Abstract
We thought about homepages that visually and auditory handicapped people can access easily. PC or internet would be a good tool for disabled or elderly people if people could make good use of them. But it is too fast to progress computer technology. Therefore there are such many points that softwares for disabled and elderly people can't cope with new technology. Especially to deal with multimedia resources, it is important to design form that everybody can see. Thus, it is necessary for information supplier to contrive homepage design. We have to build guidelines as in foreign countries and need to change recognitions of companies and public organizations.
