Abstract:
Under the platform of Windows95 operating system, it becomes difficult for the physically disabled people to use a mouse device which has been developed for the platform of MS-DOS. As a result, the physically disabled people can't use personal computer, which operating system is Windows95. Many assistant function for the disabled people are already installed under the platform of Windows95, however, he fells it is not greatly useful for the disabled people. From the disabled person's viewpoint, he introduces how he makes solutions to use a mouse and keyboard device under the platform of Windows95.
