Abstract
We report development of educational software and input system supported keyboard navigation function for physically impaired children. We thought it would be good to support the function based on compatible format and independent of PC types. We supported the function to software, so people can operate the software by pushing "TAB" key +"Shift" key instead of left click. And we developed an input device using the function of Internet Explorer. People can see WWW operating 2 exterior switches.
