Abstract
I report "study and development on telecommunication and broad-casting for disabled people", 7-years-consignment studies from Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. The first year, the 1996-year, we studied a) image expression technology using tactile recognition, b) training skills of voice, tactile recognition, and color idea, c) technology of keyword extraction from natural language information. We will do more concrete and higher studies based on the1996-year's result.
