Abstract
Enforcement of Product Liability act (PL act) made people be interested in safety. Therefore we need to cope completely with suitable evaluation. When we operate evaluating system, it is necessary to secure universality and reliance of whole system. Then we need to reinforce and establish intensive route on accidental information. So it is important to make use of the evaluation of welfare technical aids and informational supplies to users. People expect supporting policies on welfare technical aids.
