Abstract
Administration has begun to wrestle with medical and welfare industry as one of grow-expecting fields. Welfare industry in technical aids has very close connection with local community because of characteristics of technical aids and expectation from the community. At the same time, according to management for the aging society, and so on, it actually can take the role that can make local community activate. New social insurance system will be introduced in 2000 and users' requests about technical aids will rapidly extend. To cope with these situations, it is necessary to form feedback circle, which is in league with other communities.
