Abstract:
Splint type switch has made for the severe cerebral palsied person to control disadvantageous movement and to input to a personal computer. Switch operation that the switch should be pushed by subject when auto scanned mark moved to a target is continuously tested for a few month. As a result, accuracy was low at beginning but after four later months it becomes higher and switch operation becomes stable. And they suggest against this result that influences of spasticity and non-voluntary movements, decreasing of function by aging, secondary disabilities, operating posture, and enhancements should be considered to make a total approach.
