Abstract:
Maintenance system of hoist trolleys has been examined based on the questionnaires obtained by an agent. In the questionnaires, problems of maintenance of equipment instead of that of functions had been pointed, such as rust and deterioration of rechargeable batteries. However, maintenance of the equipment costs too expensive for the manufacturers since such long-life equipment are rarely renovated. Thus, further effort to develop maintenance free devices is required. In addition, since permanently used daily tools and remodeled houses have to be kept up their functions, system for repair, reprovision and maintenance service and that for public financial support should be promptly established.
