Abstract:
Based on a upper jaw fixed mouse stick which recommended by dental therapist, they had made mouse sticks with rotational and expansive function as a prototype. With orthdontic consideration, this prototype has made to prevent upper incisor is pushed out to the rips and to prevent deterioration of open bite, and has made to act tongue and rips normally without unsuitable and distortion. The horizontal rotational function is not needed because it is difficult for the C3 cervical cord injured patient with respirator to keep it in front. The making process are that shaping upper jaw, making mouse stick, and install and adjustment to oral cavity.
