A proposal for the draft declaration of principles
Dear all:
Here is a proposal to put "Design for all" in the declaration under the name of disability caucus distributed in the conference room of subcommittee 2. Based on this document we, Monthian and myself, talked with government delegations. We anticipate some country will take it up.
