Discussion and conclusion

We have discussed about web accessibility and the internet telephony accessibility in regarding to the standard development. We also could confirm that the long stage of human life which we are going to see or we have seen are the accessibility issues of each stage of human life. In old age we have complexity of the disabilities.

Accessibility issues raised by persons with disabilities and the assistive technologies are going to be integrated if the standard development is right.

Universal design concept will be well supported by assistive technologies which will accommodate the requirements of persons with disabilities. But in the long run of the appropriate standard development with the universal design concepts, we will achieve the standard which will meet the requirements of persons with disabilities as possible as we can. That would be a way forward for the incremental approach without any revolution. But in the same time we are going to see the implementation process of the legally binding international convention which is the convention of the rights of persons with disabilities. It's going to be a revolution. Once, legal structure is introduced, it will enforce the inclusion of persons with disabilities and also standard development should follow that way.

With that basic concept, disability community will collaborate with the standard development organizations with the full participation concept as Sylvia said participation of the persons with disabilities is the key on the success of the standard development
