Action program - All students

As soon as the school discovers a student at a risk of not achieving the goals, an investigation should be made and a program established.

The legal right to special assistance applies only students at risk of not achieving the goals, but it does not mean that schools can remove the special aid as soon as the pupil has received a passing grade. The Education Act is saying that all students have the right to develop as far as possible.
