People in the community are inspired by how well they work. ■Local Resources: Businesses that are losing or about to close due to the advancing age of owners. Reusing facilities closed by the decrease in the number of children, empty homes and shops.	→	■Sources of Revenues (by proportion): Remuneration & subsidies: 90% Sales, etc.: 10% ■Networks: Universities, medical institutions, and key persons nationwide	→	■Community: It has become natural to interact with persons with disabilities on a daily basis. Relationships and resources are reconnected. ■Users (families): Users can be useful to others by working despite the severity of their disabilities. Users can live safely in the community, even after their parents die.
