Best Practices for the Working Places for Persons with Disabilities in Japan

It was presented at the Power-up Forum for The Working Place for Persons with Disabilities in 2012.

The training for staffs of sheltered workshops for persons with disabilities was started in 1996 as the power-up seminar for small scale workshops funded by Yamato Welfare Foundation and its name was changed to the power-up forum for the working place for persons with disabilities. Until now the forum was annually held.
The forum in 2012 was held in Sendai, Tokyo, Osaka, Ehime and Fukuoka, and in this forum, the sheltered workshops which made progressive approach were introduced through the video. The following is an English version of the video.
