①Change in staff

• Change in their awareness toward potentials of the elderly and persons with disabilities
• While working together, staff could see the different sides.

②Change in users

• Their awareness changed from passive to active, by which they become willing to take initiative in social involvement.
• When users have roles to play, their faces change into lively expressions, which they never show when using care services.

③Change in the community (residents)

• The residents recognized us as a town development organization and we could carry out various activities together.
• They began to feel less uncomfortable about the elderly and persons with disabilities participating in community events.
