A clinic, a home-visit nursing station, a day service facility, and independent stakeholders engaged in medical care and welfare services with no capital ties make up a team and stay close to a patient. We started to form a new team that crosses over multiple disciplines.
There are children who have to return home despite the continued need of medical or health care, because of a chronic shortage of pediatric care institutions and facilities. For these children, Howawa runs a home-visit service, and a child development support services center, as in cooperation between medicine and welfare.
