1. Before any call for proposals, develop links with organisations with specialisms in disability and build relationship so they can be partners in your programme.
2. Inclusion starts at the programme planning and proposal writing phase.
3. Make sure your needs assessment and criteria for selecting clients do not exclude disabled people.
4. Ensure all data is disaggregated by disability and gender in your M&E framework so that you have evidence of inclusion
