The project really started at SRCD as the gSumaga Ruhunu Deaf Apreal training Centerh with 10 more new Juki machine from Southern Province M&S Factories. Marks & Spencer had offered to fund an entirely new project that transformed to the SRCD with Sumaga Ruhunu Apparel Training Centre.
