Nowami Consultation Center @Article 1, Agreement

Nowami Consultation Center works in accordance with the spirit as stipulated in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, for the promotion of universal respect for and observance of human rights and fundamental freedoms, and works to uphold respect for basic human rights as stipulated in the Constitution of Japan as well as for the realization of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. We work to protect the basic human rights of the socially vulnerable and the poor and needy, and through these activities, we aim to protect the human rights of the general public and to contribute to public welfare.

Target Groups of Nowami Support

Socially vulnerable people such as homeless people, needy people, foreign residents, victims of domestic violence, ex-convicts, employment-difficult-persons, persons with mild disabilities, persons with addiction to alcohol or gambling, heavily-indebted persons, public welfare assistance recipients, and the elderly.
