- Some enumerators still skipped the disability questions, if no people with obvious disability in a household
- Some enumerators did not ask disability related questions, because they were thought too ‘intrusive’ and ‘offensive’ to household members
- An evaluation of UNFPA’s support to world-wide censuses was held in April 2015. The evaluators were surprised that the disability support was provided by disability organisations and not the technical support providers
- The evaluation recommend that the UNFPA should take affirmative action towards inclusion of disability related questions within future censuses, and provide logistic support
