1. Some enumerators still skipped the disability questions, if no people with obvious disability in a household
2. Some enumerators did not ask disability related questions, because they were thought too ‘intrusive’ and ‘offensive’ to household members
3. An evaluation of UNFPA’s support to world-wide censuses was held in April 2015. The evaluators were surprised that the disability support was provided by disability organisations and not the technical support providers
4. The evaluation recommend that the UNFPA should take affirmative action towards inclusion of disability related questions within future censuses, and provide logistic support
