c) Bali Declaration on the Enhancement of the Role and Participation of Persons with Disabilities in the ASEAN Community

1. Promote the quality of life of persons with disabilities in the context of poverty alleviation;
2. Ensure the fulfillment of the rights of persons with disabilities in all aspects of life through mainstreaming disability perspective in the development;
3. Encourage the participation of persons with disabilities in all aspects of development;
4. Develop the social inclusiveness of persons with disabilities which includes the development of leadership, community inclusive, gender-sensitive and socially inclusive business.
