5.Accurate data reflecting numbers, conditions, needs, and challenges of persons with disabilities is still limited.
6.UNHCR's Inter-Agency Multi-Sector Needs Assessment (MSNA) - Phase One Report of May 2014 noted:
"…few available quantitative and qualitative assessments focus on specific needs, particularly of those with disabilities, including children."
7.A 2014 Handicap International survey shows that:
・20% of surveyed Syrian refugees in Lebanon have at least one impairment: (44.2% physical, 42.5% sensory, 13.4% intellectual, 6% having severe impairments/disabilities, half of them experiencing difficulties in daily living activities.)
