• Persons with disabilities missed out on distribution of humanitarian aid as:
  • Distribution points were not accessible
  • Information circulated on distribution points were not inclusive/accessible
  • Transportation and roads or means to access the distribution points weren't accessible and available
  • Mobility aid was destroyed or damaged in the cyclone
• Lack of disability-disaggregated data
• Information on warnings and other disaster related information and updates need to be inclusive of all persons with disabilities
