障害者の一般就労を成功に導くパートナーシップ

Success through partnership to promote open employment of persons with disabilities

セミナー趣旨

障害者自立支援法の施行に伴い、障害者の潜在能力を市場経済において発揮する方策についての関心が高まっている。しかし、障害者の一般就労については、賃金の保障、人事管理、就業時間への配慮、職場環境の整備、福祉機器の活用、障害者の多様性への対応などさまざまな課題がある。これらの課題を解決するためには、企業、非営利団体、公的機関などの組織連携が必須である。

本セミナーにおいては、障害者の一般就労における組織連携の先進地域である英国とドイツ等から関係者を招聘し、障害者の一般就労の形態として普及してきているソーシャル・ファームの組織連携の取り組みとあり方について学び、日本の障害者雇用関係者との意見交換会を行う。

With the implementation of Law for Suppor ting Independence of Persons with Disabilities,there is a growing interest in the measures to enable persons with disabilities to fulfill their potential in market economy. However, there remain many challenges in the open employment of persons with disabilities, such as income security, human resources management, adjustment of working time, improvement of working environment, utilization of assistive technologies and coping with diverseness of persons with disabilities. In order to address these challenges, cooperation among companies, nonprofit organizations and public organizations is essential.

In this seminar, we will invite persons involved in this field from the UK and Germany, the countries most advanced in open employment of persons with disabilities, to learn about social firms which are becoming popular as a form of open employment of persons with disabilities, focusing on multistakeholder partnership, and exchange views with participants engaged in employment of persons with disabilities in Japan.
