2021年6月15日から6月17日まで、第14回国連障害者権利条約締約国会議(14th session of the Conference of States Parties to the CRPD: COSP14)が開催されました。多くのプログラムはリモートで実施されました。

今回の会議の全体テーマは、より良い復興：COVID-19への対応と回復；障害者のニーズへの対応、権利の実現、社会経済的影響への対応(Building back better. COVID-19 response and recovery; Meeting the needs, Realizing the rights, and Addressing the socio-economic impacts on persons with disabilities)です。

サブテーマは、1.武力紛争や人道的緊急事態における障害者の権利の保護(Protecting the rights of persons with disabilities in armed conflict and humanitarian emergencies)、2.自立生活とコミュニティへのインクルージョン(Living Independently, being included in the community)、3.教育権：COVID-19下におけるインクルーシブ教育とアクセシビリティに関する課題(Right to education, challenges with inclusive education and accessibility during COVID-19)です。

プログラムは次のようになっています。

6月15日
10:00-13:00　開会式　
開会宣言、会議役員選出、議案の採択、開会あいさつ、権利条約の実施に関する締約国による一般的議論
15:00-18:00　権利条約の実施に関する締約国により一般的議論（継続）

6月16日
10:00-12:00　権利条約の実施に関するラウンドテーブル1　武力紛争や人道的緊急事態における障害者の権利の保護
15:00-18:00　権利条約の実施に関するラウンドテーブル2　自立生活とコミュニティへのインクルージョン

6月17日
10:00-12:00　権利条約の実施に関するラウンドテーブル3　教育権：COVID-19下におけるインクルーシブ教育とアクセシビリティに関する課題
15:00-17:00　締約国、国連機関、その他の関係者による対話
