DAISY multimedia implementation by JSRPD started from 2001 on the assumption that it is an effective ICT for people with reading problems, especially targeted for people with cognitive or intellectual disabilities
Enables those people easily understand due to easy navigation and multimodal presentation
Making those people control reading in their own initiative (comments from DAISY Consortium members)
