In terms of medication management, in collaboration with the dispensing pharmacy, the pharmacist instructed the husband to identify the medication under the guidance of a visiting pharmacist. We also asked the local welfare officers, local residents, and volunteers to watch over her and suggest that she should participate in social activities. We asked her husband to go shopping with her and advised that he should inform the shops where she often goes to that she has dementia for their understanding.
