- Maximize Opportunities for Social Participation.
- Legally Recognize Self-Advocates* Organizations, Enterprises, and Activities.
- Nursing Care Insurance Act and Supporting Independent Living
- Nursing Care Insurance Policy That Do not Have Provisions of Social Participation.
- Need for Legalizing Services such as Out-of-Home Services and Meal-on -Wheels, and Supporting Non-Profits that Provide Various Services.
- Need for Improving Income Guarantee Policy to Compliment Nursing Care Policy.
