■Community:
Huck-no-Ie has become a place for people in the community to gather. Prejudice and discrimination have faded away as persons with disabilities come and go in the community.

■Users (families):
Service users are able to live and stay for the long term in Tanohata Village. Interaction with the people in the community is enhanced by employment.
