On January 28^th, 2021, Mirairo Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, President: Toshiya Kakiuchi, hereinafter "Mirairo") announced that they will launch a new service, “Mirairo Coupon,” on their disability certificate app, “Mirairo ID”. The “Mirairo ID” was released on July 1^st 2019; by installing this app and registering the user’s information, a smartphone can be used as a substitute for the disability certificate at cooperating companies. Initially, the app was only used by some railway companies for applications for discounts for tickets or commuter passes for disabled travelers. However, as the number of cooperating companies has increased, the app can now be used in about 6,000 places.

The new initiative “Mirairo Coupon” extends the functionality of the app to include coupon services. The app issues "free drinks" or "food X% OFF" coupons to the user. From January 28^th, coupons for Daiichi Kosho Co., Ltd., Royal Holdings Co., Ltd. and Lawson Co., Ltd. will be available.
