1. Final draft of Declaration of Principles and Plan of Actions will be prepared by High Level preparatory meeting on 5-6 December 2003.
2. Switzerland will facilitate further negotiations to reach agreement on some of important issues.
3. Tunis phase will be decided at the Summit
4. Due to technical reasons, SI is only available until 24:00, the PrepCom3 is suspended until 5th December 2003.
