- Charles Talked about the objectives of the WSIS2: political statement by head of states, action plan until 2015 and no follow up meeting like other summits.
Mentioned new structure of the secretariat: City of Geneva suspended the support for CSB secretariat. Budget constraints at ITU. Moncef will support CSB but not as CSB secretariat. - Moncef: mentioned accreditation process etc.

Civil Society at WSIS
24-26 June, CS Plenary sessions will take place 09:00-10:00 am and 06:00-07:00 pm everyday.
Constituencies, used to be called "family group", will be discussed at next Plenary session taking place at 17:00 23rd.
