25. The sharing and strengthening of global knowledge for development can be enhanced by removing barriers to equitable access to information for economic, social, political, health, cultural, educational, and scientific activities and by facilitating access to public domain information, including by universal design and the use of assistive technologies. "

the meeting concluded the goals and objectives has been identified as follows:

"implementation of para 25 through promotion of universal design and assistive technology in ICT area to meet the individual requirements of persons with disabilities and contribute to make mainstream technologies and services accessible thus guarantee the full participation of persons with disabilities as active players in the Information Society"

* development of the roadmap for Tunis was suspended due to time constraints and agreed upon to hold a Caucus meeting on 26 afternoon again.
