Usage Models

Relief workers/volunteers can send SMS to a particular “HelpLine”cell number.

-The message will be automatically published on a Web Site.

Operations coordinators (using a computer/web browser) can see the dynamically updated Web Page.

-The web page will show complete list of all messages being received from all relief workers.

Co-ordination managers can broadcast a message to a group of relief workers. Co-coordinator can type in a message on the web site and send it to multiple recipients/relief workers.

-A Coordinator (from a web browser) can send a message to a group(e.g. sub-team) of relief workers.

-Relief workers will receive the message on their phone as SMS.
