Man with mental disabilities didn’t fall in panic during evacuations (4 weeks).

One of community reader took care of him. The reader told him to do anything he want during stay at daytime in the evacuation room, and gave some role for the village, to clean the room, to serve elderly woman, and so on.

The reader noticed if he was getting bad, and know the way he was relaxed .to drive to public bath, to talk about his favorite issues, for example.
