A panel for anti-discrimination law to be organized in 2010

The Panel for Comprehensive Welfare Services organized in April 2010.

The CDPR and its succeeding body will continuously discuss disability policy reform, as well as the next 10-year Basic Plan for Persons with Disabilities to become effective as from 2013. CDPR will have authority to make recommendations to the Government as necessary.

●Amendment of the Basic Law for Persons with Disabilities - along with an enactment of a bill to cover mechanisms for forwarding reform and monitoring

●Establish-ment of the next 10-year Basic Plan for Persons with Disabilities

●Establishment of a comprehensive welfare services law for persons with disabilities

●Anti-discrimination law (and other related laws)

Entry into force by August
