On 21 April 2023, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) published the results of the “FY2022 Survey on the Formation and Implementation of the Curriculum in Public Elementary and Lower Secondary Schools.” The previous survey was conducted in 2018.
